Cookhouse Galway was founded in 2016 by Fiona O'Donnellan and Edwina Maloney. Born out of a shared passion for great food, Cookhouse Galway brings a blend of cookery and business experience to the table.
Fiona has worked in Michelin Star restaurants since learning her trade in Ballymaloe cookery school. A previous fashion stylist, Fiona moved into the hospitality industry a few years ago in order to pursue her passion of cooking.
Edwina is an established business owner, having set up and run her own business in Galway for 10 years. Edwina brings a wealth of business expertise with a flair and love for great food.
